Q: What is your shipping policy?

A: Most orders are shipped Priority MaIL Large boxes may be shipped ground due to weight and size. If the item is a sourced item it may ship directly from China and will come with tracking.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: All return shipping cost is to be paid for by the buyer unless determined by Eastcoastoys. Items that are damaged or missing must be reported within the first 30 days after purchasing.

 

Q: Can you replace damaged or missing parts?

A: Any missing or broken parts that can be replaced by the manufacturer will be shipped out to the buyer and to the original shipping address. exchanges will be made if the item in question is still in stock and if the damaged or missing part cannot be acquired by the manufacturer. Items that are damaged or missing must be reported within the first 30 days after purchasing.

 

Q: What do you like on your bagels, and how do you like it cut?

A: I'm an Egg Everything with Jalapeno cream cheese. 

 

Q: Where do items ship from?

A: All Items ship from NY unless it's a sourced item, which may come directly from China.

 

Q: How quickly do items ship?

A: All items purchased before 2 pm Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day, Items purchased after 2 pm will be shipped the next business day.  Items purchased on the weekend will be shipped the next business day.

 

Q: How long have you been doing this?

A: Eastcoastoys has been in business since 2017 with a fan based love since 1984.

 

Q: How many people work at Eastcoastoys?

A: We are a family run business it is just me and my old man!

 

Q: I don't like bagels, can you tell me what you like on your pizza?

A: Peppers & Onions for me!

 

Q: Do you do special orders?

A: Eastcoastoys tries to do everything we can for the customer!  We have secondary distribution sources in China that can find figures that are no longer available through our primary distributor, or off the market in general.  Sometimes we are not successful. We are always looking so if you send us a request to find a figure we will always be on the lookout for it, or when a reissue might be in the works.

 

Q: How long does it take you to respond to email?

A:  We try to respond as quick as humanly possible but just like anyone else we all have other responsibilities at times. Please don't worry, emails will always be checked on a daily basis.

Q: I need to cancel my order, or change my mailing address, and you haven't shipped yet, what do I do?

A: Go to your orders page, click the Info@Eastcoastoys.com link at the bottom, and it will launch an email right to us.  Include your order number and your request, and we will respond within 24 hours
